With Summer in full swing, we hit up the beach to meet up with a vacationing friend from Seattle!
Any excuse to hit the beach is a good one, in my opinion!
And lucky for us, the weather was perfect!
We love Ala Moana beach for this very reason...beautiful weather and shallow water for the little ones to enjoy while the adults can relax without worrying about drowning kids.

And after the beach, we got together with cousins to enjoy some ice cream cake for Kela's birthday.
Yes, I made it.
She asked for a mint chocolate chip ice cream cake and that's what she got!
